These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Personal Hotspot, WiFi Hotspot (the "App"). In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the developer of the App. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- use the App to access networks or devices you are not authorised to use;
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
- distribute, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the App;
- interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or any networks connected to it.
You are responsible for your use of your mobile connection and for any data charges, and for the security of any hotspot you create, including choosing a strong password and managing who may connect.
3. Advertisements
The App is free to use and is supported by advertising. By using the App you agree that we and our advertising partners may display ads within the App. Your use of advertising content is subject to the relevant partners' terms and policies.
4. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that any speed test, data usage figure or device information will be accurate or complete. Results may vary depending on your device, network and other factors outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Third-party services
The App is distributed through Google Play and may rely on third-party services such as advertising and analytics providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. The sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
